The Two Rivers/Roncalli Boys Swimming team enjoyed team and individual success at last Saturday’s conference meet held at Chilton High School.
The co-op placed 3rd overall despite not having any diving competitors which is quite an accomplishment.
The team had several podium finishes including three new school records
Evan Harrison set new school and pool records in the 200 freestyle and is now the EWC record-holder for the 200 free.
Harrison also was a conference champion in the 500 freestyle.
Teammate Philip Malo established a new school standard in the 100 breaststroke while the 400 Freestyle Relay of Max Senfleben, Nolan Zarn, Harrison, and Malo broke the school record set 23 years ago.
The Two Rivers/Roncalli JV swimmers captured first as a team and in the process set a ‘ton’ of personal best times.
First-place finishers were turned in by Owen Czekala, Thomas Augustine, and Connor Wilke.
The co-op is back in the pool this Saturday for the WIAA Sectional meet hosted by Plymouth.
