Congressman Glenn Grothman has announced his committee responsibilities in the 118th U.S. Congress.
The Republican from Glenbeulah tells Seehafer News that he will once again serve on the House Committee on the Budget, the Committee on Education and the Workforce, and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, where he was named Chairman of the Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs.
Additionally, Grothman was appointed to serve as a regional representative to the Republican Policy Committee and as a member of the House Majority Whip team.
Grothman noted his experience in all of these roles, and said he is looking “forward to continuing to bring Wisconsin common sense to the table.”
James Comer, Chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability also praised Grothman saying, “With Chairman Glenn Grothman’s expertise on the Subcommittee on National Security, the Border, and Foreign Affairs, oversight is coming and we will investigate President Biden’s disastrous foreign policies that have created these ongoing national security and humanitarian crises.”
