There are a series of meetings scheduled for today in Manitowoc County, each of them involving sub-committees of the Expo-Ice Center Board.
First up is the Finance Sub-Committee, which will gather at 5:30 in the Expo Office.
They will elect officers and review the budget for special acts and entertainment, as well as the overall fair budget.
The Entertainment and Vendor Sub-Committee is next and will be looking over several entertainment contracts before getting updates on several contests and shows.
The Marketing and Advertising Sub-Committee will then gather at 6:30 p.m.
They will also elect officers before discussing Fairest of the Fair and advertising for the fair.
Then, the Operations Sub-Committee will convene to discuss various fair-related items.
Finally, at 7:00 p.m., the full board will gather to discuss all of the previously discussed topics.
These are the only meetings for the week in Manitowoc County.
