This weekend will mark the 10th annual Music Is The Cure charity event at City Limits Bar and Banquet Hall in Manitowoc.
Doors open at 3:30 Saturday afternoon, February 4th with live music starting at 4:30.
Seven bands are set to perform non-stop music on 2-stages all night long.
One of this year’s recipients will be Krissy Koenig.
She is a local tattoo artist who had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
She has already gone through 12 weeks of chemotherapy and is getting ready for another 6 weeks of radiation.
There’s going to be a Raffle Room sponsored and operated by the Newton Lions Club, onsite MITC merchandise by Two Rivers Clothing Company, guitar giveaways, and much more.
One hundred percent of the funds raised stay local to help families in need.
