A 24-year-old Manitowoc man accused of possessing child pornography is due back in court today.
Dylan Nessman will be before Judge Robert Dewane for a status conference at 3:30 p.m.
Nessman was arrested on July 27th last year after the state Division of Criminal Investigation received a cyber tip regarding child sexual assault material being uploaded from a computer at his residence.
When police questioned Nessman at his home in the 1600 block of South 15th Street, he reportedly admitted to searching several websites to obtain and then share the material.
He also told police he was relieved to have been caught.
His bail had been set at $7,000 cash, which was posted the same day it was set.
