There aren’t many answers about the explosion of violence in Milwaukee over the weekend.
Police say 18 people were shot between Friday and early Monday morning, and two of them died.
The shootings include at least one triple shooting.
Both of the victims who died were teens.
Police say one was 14 years old, the other was 15.
Milwaukee’s mayor says people in the city’s neighborhoods need to step up and help.
