For the fifth consecutive week, fuel prices rose in Eastern Wisconsin.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, the average price for a gallon of fuel in Manitowoc went up seven cents over the past week, with the average now sitting at $3.24.
Sheboygan’s price went up two cents to $3.18 while Calumet County reported a five-cent jump to $3.15.
Outagamie County only saw a one-cent increase to $3.05, while Brown County’s average is up five cents to $3.23.
Kewaunee County saw the biggest increase in the area, rising 9 cents to $3.27, while Door County motorists are paying 6 cents more per gallon at the pump with an average of $3.23.
The state average followed a similar trend, jumping eight cents to $3.25, while the national average is up 12 cents from last week to $3.44.
