Taylor D. Schabusines
Another competency hearing has been scheduled for the Green Bay woman accused of killing and dismembering a man eleven months ago today.
The defense team for Taylor Schabusiness informed the court on Friday that a previously ordered competency exam was completed last week, and that a report should be available by February 10th.
Judge Thomas Walsh scheduled a competency hearing for February 14th to address the issue of if Schabusiness can understand the court proceedings and assist in her own defense.
Two previous competency evaluations had different results, leading to this third examination.
Schabusiness remains in the Brown County Jail on a $2 million cash bond for the February 23rd, 2022, killing of Shad Thyrion.
His mother found his dismembered body, and Schabusiness was quickly apprehended.
