Sienna Pecore is accused of driving at speeds of over 100 MPH on October 30th when she crashed at the intersection of Oneida and Mason Streets.
17-year-old Cruz Beltran died from injuries sustained in that crash.
Judge John Zakowski did find probable cause to proceed with the case during a Thursday hearing, but Pecore’s attorney is asking that the case be moved to juvenile court.
Pecore, who is facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Hit and Run Involving Death, and Taking and Driving a Vehicle Without the Owner’s Consent, is due back in court on March 13th for a status conference.
