One of the men arrested in connection to a 2021 homicide in Fond du Lac has pleaded not guilty.
28-year-old Eric Perry is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Armed Robbery.
Perry, along with Julius Freeman, were arrested following the death of 26-year-old Benzel T. Rose who was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 300 block of 8th Street on October 17th.
Rose was reportedly shot during an armed robbery where Perry and Freeman stole cash and a gun from him before shooting him in the head.
Perry is due back in court on March 29th for a status conference, while Freeman is due for an arraignment next week.
