The Manitowoc Public School District’s Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting this evening.
The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the District Office on Lindbergh Drive, where the public will be given time to voice their input.
After reviewing the previous month’s committee meeting minutes, Superintendent Jim Feil will give monthly financial and personnel reports.
The Board will then review the Residency in Teacher Education program and the proposed creation of new clerical and special education positions in the district.
They will also look over the donations received for a new baseball scoreboard for Municipal Field before discussing a proposed referendum which aims to allow the District to exceed revenue limit for five years for non-recurring purposes.
The Board will then enter a closed session to continue their evaluation of Superintendent Feil, receive an update on specific central office personnel, and hold a discussion regarding administrator contracts.
