A teenage Green Bay girl is facing charges in connection to the overdose death of another teen.
A criminal complaint claims that 15-year-old Maylia Sotelo provided fentanyl to a teenage boy in De Pere last month which resulted in his death.
The victim was found after his grandmother called 911 saying he was in his room not responding.
Police combed through his cell phone and found a conversation with another individual where they discussed buying Percocet to smoke.
This eventually led investigators to Sotelo, who told police that she began selling Percocet to work off a debt.
In total, Sotelo had 775 pills, all of which contained fentanyl, and 60% of which contained a lethal dose.
Sotelo has been charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Delivering Drugs as Party to the Crime.
