An arrest has been made in connection to an Appleton homicide that took place in November.
The investigation began when 31-year-old Erik B. Hudson was found dead in a home in the 700 block of West Summer Street on November 15th.
The Appleton Police Department has announced that they have arrested 53-year-old Eric W. Rodgers, and are referring charges of First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Robbery, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without the Owner’s Consent to the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office.
In a statement, the Department thanked “members of the community for their patience as investigators worked to obtain facts and evidence in this investigation.”
