A woman is facing charges after she allegedly stole a car parked outside a Manitowoc bar.
Officers were called to Saucy’s Bar, located at 1915 Washington Street on Tuesday to investigate a report of a vehicle that was stolen the night before from the parking lot.
Surveillance footage showed a 20-year-old woman known by police taking a coat belonging to the car owner, so they reached out to the suspect to speak with her.
The woman told police she was driving down from Two Rivers to meet them, but never arrived.
An officer then noticed the suspect vehicle parked at the Tipsy Tomato on Maritime Drive and brought the suspect in for questioning.
The woman admitted to taking the jacket, and the vehicle.
She is facing charges of Operating a Vehicle without the Owner’s Consent, Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and five counts of Bail Jumping, two Felony, and three Misdemeanor.
