Former County Board Supervisor Passes Away

A former member of the Manitowoc County Board has died.  According to an announcement from County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer over the weekend, Thomas Hein passed away on December 20^th.  Hein served District 4 on the county board from 1992 until 1996.  Ziegelbauer explained that in honor of his service to Manitowoc County, the county flags will be at half-staff on January 12^th, the day of Thomas Hein’s funeral.
