Anthony and Avion Simbler
Two Green Bay brothers will be standing trial for their connection to a shooting from earlier this month.
18-year-old Anthony Simbler Jr. and 16-year-old Avion Simbler allegedly attacked a 20-year-old man at an apartment complex on Humboldt Road on December 3rd and shot him in the abdomen.
Anthony has been charged with Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide as Party to the Crime, possession of a Firearm, and two counts of Felony Bail Jumping while Avion is facing the same attempted homicide charge along with Possession of Narcotic Drugs and one count of Felony Bail Jumping.
The older brother will be in court on January 23rd for a plea hearing while Avion will enter his plea on February 27th.
