Green Bay Fire Chief David Litton is calling it a career after 41 years of service.
Litton has been in charge of the Green Bay Metro Fire Department since 2013, and over that time, the Department said in a statement, he “made exemplary improvements to emergency response times, collaboratively led the department to a No. 1 Public Protection Classification rating from the Insurance Services Office, and prioritized safety for firefighters to help reduce exposure to carcinogens.”
A ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow at Green Bay’s City Hall. Everyone is invited out to celebrate Litton’s career, in the Council Chambers starting at 9:00 a.m.
