Just because there is snow on the ground, that doesn’t mean the golf season is over.
A Snow Golf event has been announced for mid-February at Meadow Links in Manitowoc.
Teams of four will compete in a scramble where they only use three clubs and a racquetball to complete the 9-hole course.
Participants will also receive lunch in the form of burgers and chips and will get to keep their snow golf racquetball.
Proceeds from the February 11th event will go to the Civil War Gravesite Restoration team and the Manitowoc County Veterans organization.
The cost is $25 per person, with anyone under 12 participating for free.
