A Manitowoc man who is accused of stealing from a girlfriend remains in custody after a bail hearing in Manitowoc County Circuit Court yesterday..
22-year-old Hunter D. Van Roekel is on a probation hold, but had bail set at $2500 recognizance bond.
He is to have no contact with the victim or her residence.
He faces numerous charges after allegedly using the debit card of a girlfriend five times to withdraw money and several purchases totaling over $270.
Along with several counts involving the use of the card, he faces ten felony counts of bail jumping.
Van Roekel is set for a preliminary hearing on January 23rd at 1:30 p.m.
