A woman is facing charges after she allegedly spit at and cursed out law enforcement while being detained.
Officers were dispatched to the trailer park on Waldo Boulevard just after 3:00 p.m. on Friday for a report of a disturbance.
The 40-year-old woman involved admitted to drinking, but was not cooperating with the officers.
She was being placed on a hold when she spit at the officer.
She then began banging her head against the cage, and told the officer that she was going to “beat his *expletive*”.
While being searched at the jail, over $1,400 was found in her bra along with a baggie containing 2 grams of cocaine.
The woman is now facing charges of Discharging Bodily Fluids at Law Enforcement, Threats to Law Enforcement, and Possession of Cocaine.
