A local man was surprised over the weekend by his own biker organization.
Tommy Knapp is the President of the Patriot Riders of America Wisconsin Chapter 2.
His organization, led by Treasurer Jenny Matte teamed up with Honor and Remember to present Knapp with an Honor and Remember flag in remembrance of his son.
The Chiefs Clubhouse was packed with Tommy’s friends, family, and fellow Riders as the hand-stitched flag was unfolded and presented to him.
During the presentation, Vice President Justin Saubert said “With this flag, we honor this patriot’s unwavering dedication, and remember their selfless sacrifice. By displaying this symbol collectively as a nation, we humbly recognize the enormity of your loss, and respectfully say ‘Thank you’,”

Jenny, who is actually dating Tommy, had been planning this event for quite some time and had to keep it a secret from him.
She thanked everyone involved and Tommy “for putting up with all the secret phone calls and texts over the last four months. Meet all my boyfriends,” she joked as the Riders joined in a hearty laugh.
