The man accused of setting fire to a Door County supper club has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
33-year-old Jonathan Polich pleaded not guilty and not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect for the fire at Mr. G’s Supper Club on October 23rd.
A psychiatric evaluation will be performed, and the results are expected to be reviewed on March 3rd.
As of now, no trial date has been set.
Very little is known about what led up to the fire, other than an investigation determined it was set intentionally.
Detectives were led to Polich during their investigation, and he is being held in the Door County Jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
