“The Best Way to Spread Christmas Cheer is singing loud for all to hear!” And that is just what we will be doing at MPL for our Holiday Interactive Movie—ELF! Join us on Sunday, December 18, at 1 PM for a special screening of this festive family classic and get in on all of Buddy the Elf’s antics.
What is an Interactive Movie, you say? Well, an interactive movie takes a popular film and builds in all kinds of audience participation, which makes the experience both engaging and active. Audience members are provided with a script that includes all the well-known lines, along with suggested actions and props. This way, the movie can be brought to life in-person while you’re watching something with which you’re already familiar!
Speaking of props—our own MPL Teen Team will be assisting with the preparation of these beauties, as well as with the overall production for this Family Interactive Movie. We are asking all active Teen Team members—and prospective Teen Team members—to join us Thursday, December 15, at 6:30 PM to help put together the props and organize some other goodies for the event.

This Family Interactive Movie promises to be a great time for the whole family! We’re going to make watching this Yuletide favorite even more fun than you remembered “Elf” ever being. Participants will be provided with a bag of goodies to use and enjoy during the movie. And “Elf” attire is most definitely encouraged!
