Taylor D. Schabusines
The court case of Taylor Schabusiness continues to be delayed as issues have arisen with the competency exams.
Schabusiness is accused of killing and dismembering Shad Thyrion in February and is facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault.
The defense team was ordered by the court last month to find their own doctors for a competency exam after they raised concerns regarding the three previous doctors that evaluated Schabusiness.
Attorney Quinn Jolly claimed that because all three were from the same unit, they would have the same opinion.
The defense has reportedly found two doctors to conduct the exams, but there were issues with the jail.
Schabusiness is due back in court on Thursday (December 15th) for a status conference, with her trial scheduled for March 7th.
She remains in the Brown County Jail on a $2 million cash bond.
