Prosecutors are inching closer to trial against the teenager accused of kidnapping, then sexually assaulting an 87-year-old woman.
A judge yesterday said the teen, Khalil Perry who was 14 years old at the time, is competent to stand trial.
Investigators say he grabbed the woman and held her at knifepoint in the Waukesha Library parking lot in November of last year.
He is facing kidnapping and sexual assault charges in adult court.
