
A Brown County man, who is suspected to be a drug dealer, is facing 17 drug-related charges.
Among the crimes 27-year-old Hyrum Frank Ricketts is accused of are eight Manufacturing charges for drugs including Fentanyl, Heroin, and Cocaine.
The Brown County Drug Task Force raided Ricketts’ apartment on Bader Street in February, where they found THC, Methamphetamine, and Fentanyl, however, he was not arrested at that time.
Police kept an eye on him, and saw him sell drugs to numerous confidential informants.
Ricketts was finally arrested on November 30th at a motel in Ashwaubenon.
His bail was set at $75,000 and he is due back in court on December 20th.
According to CCAP, Ricketts was previously found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child, and two counts of 4th Degree Sexual Assault.
