Racine’s so-called dating app predator is behind bars and looking at charges.
Police in Franklin yesterday arrested 52-year-old Timothy Olson.
He’s being held on preliminary kidnapping and identity theft charges, but he’s also a person of interest in a Cudahy woman’s death.
Police believe he may have poisoned that woman at a tavern in South Milwaukee.
Officers spotted Olson pushing a bike in Franklin yesterday, they chased him down, and had to use a taser to arrest him.
