The Packers never thought about starting Jordan Love, even with Aaron Rodgers’ broken thumb.
Rodgers confirmed this week that he broke his thumb during the Packers’ game in London. Coach Matt LaFleur said there wasn’t any thought of resting Rodgers and giving Love a chance to take some snaps.
LaFleur says Rodgers is tough and wanted to play through the injury.
