The City of Appleton is looking to help developers who want to create more affordable housing.
The city has announced that they are offering $3 million to developers and are now accepting applications.
This money comes from the American Rescue Plan Act.
For a project to qualify for the grant, the money would have to be used on developing new housing, repairing old homes, or operating affordable housing services or programs.
Three informational sessions have been added to the city calendar on November 17th and 30th, and December 6th.
Applications can be found on the city website and are due by December 15th.
