On Friday November 4, 2022, Frank R La Pean, entered into eternal rest at age 86.
He served his Country joining the Army in 1953 and also served in the National Guard and reserves, retiring as SGT 1st class in 1996.
He is survived by 5 sons and 1 daughter. Tom (Sue) La Pean, Rick La Pean (special friend Julie) Dave La Pean (special friend Jackie) Lori (Dale) Eisenschink, Jim (Debbie) La Pean, Steve (Sarah) La Pean. 11 Grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren, 2 sisters Grace Blymire and Ruth (Lloyd) Gosz along with other relatives and friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents, sisters, and brother in-laws Frances (George) Rowe, Mary (Harold) Radandt, Merlin Rousse, Bob Blymire, Marlene (La Pean) Braunel.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Pfeffer Funeral Home, 928 S. 14th St., on Monday, November 14, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am with Military rites accorded by the Amvets and graveside burial to follow.
