There are two meetings on the calendar for today in the City of Manitowoc, both of which will take place in the Council Chambers.
The Room Tax Commission will start things off at 4:30 p.m.
After getting reports on tourism initiatives and room tax collections, the group will get an update on the 2023 Visitor Guide, which is a joint effort with the City of Two Rivers’ tourism department.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Personnel Committee will gather to discuss legal fees and health plans.
They will also look over a memo with possible compensation and benefits recommendations before discussing a potential adjustment of the stipend that the harbor master position receives.
The Committee will then enter a closed session for transit contract negotiations with Teamsters Local 662.
