The hearing for a teenage girl charged in the recent fatal crash in Green Bay has been delayed.
The unidentified 15-year-old girl was in Brown County Court for her preliminary hearing, but it was delayed as she seeks an attorney.
She is accused of driving at a high rate of speed in the area of West Mason and Oneida Streets before crashing.
The incident resulted in the death of 17-year-old Cruz Beltran.
The girl has been charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, Hit and Run-Involve Death, and Taking and Driving a Vehicle without Consent.
She is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.
