Someone who stopped by the Interstate 43 Dino Stop Shell gas station in Green Bay recently is going to be very happy soon.
While the $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot remained untouched following Saturday’s drawing, five tickets sold in Wisconsin were said to be worth $50,000, and one was sold at that gas station in Green Bay.
Other tickets earning the winners that amount were sold in Milwaukee, Madison, Prairie du Sac just north of Madison, and Onalaska, which is outside of La Crosse.
A total of 9 million winning tickets were sold for that drawing, albeit with most winning a mere $2.
There was a delay in drawing last night’s numbers, but the video will be posted on the Powerball website and YouTube channel.
