Taylor D. Schabusines
The woman charged with a high-profile homicide in Green Bay is getting her wish.
24-year-old Taylor Schabusiness requested another competency exam, and Judge Thomas Walsh granted it.
While in court yesterday, the defense team noted that Schabusiness has been on suicide watch for two months and that her brother had passed away earlier this year, which contributed to her mental health.
The prosecution did not take a position on the request, and thus it was granted.
Schabusiness is facing charges for the murder and dismemberment of Shad Thyron in February.
She has already pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect and is due back in court on November 18th to discuss the competency exam.
