A Green Bay attorney accused of assaulting a Sheriff’s Deputy has pleaded not guilty.
Mark Howe is facing two charges of Resisting an Officer, one with the Substantial Bodily Harm enhancer, and one count of Disorderly Conduct.
The criminal complaint claims that Howe was at the Epic Event Center to watch a Rob Schneider comedy show but was kicked out by Deputy Kelly Milks because he was acting unruly.
Roughly 10 minutes after being ejected, Howe began screaming and throwing flowerpots before eventually attacking Deputy Milks.
She sustained a knee injury in the incident that required surgery to correct.
Howe is due back in court on December 12th for a status hearing.
