Jordan J. Leavy-Carter
The Green Bay Police Department has announced that they have located a person of interest in the shooting of a 5-year-old girl.
Five days after Skyé Bleu Evans-Crowley was shot and killed, 35-year-old Jordan Leavy-Carter was arrested by the Beloit Police Department.
Leavy-Carter’s vehicle was located in Beloit on Wednesday (October 19th), and the man police wished to speak to was found on Friday.
Evans-Crowley was shot in a home in the 1600 block of Amy Street last week Monday and later died from her injuries.
The investigation into the incident is still ongoing, and there are more people of interest the police are searching for, but the public is not believed to be in any danger.
Anyone with any information on the shooting is encouraged to call the GBPD at 920-438-3200 or Crime Stoppers at 920-432-7867.
