There are two meetings on the calendar for today in the City of Manitowoc.
The MPU Commission will start things off at 4:00 p.m. in the MPU Offices on South 8th Street.
Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Public Safety Committee will gather in the Council Chambers.
After hearing comments from the public and receiving their monthly reports, the group will discuss a brush issue in the 1300 block of Michigan Avenue.
They will also look over a traffic concern on Wildwood Drive, and a request from the Friends of the Mariners Trail to draft an ordinance regarding bicycles, e-bikes, and electric personal assistive mobility devices on the trail.
They will also look over a citizen request for traffic control signage on Wisconsin Avenue at the intersections with 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th Streets, and a citizen request for a four-way stop at the Huron Street intersections with North 8th and 11th Streets.
