Manitowoc Lincoln sent a team of boys and girls runners to the Brillion Invitational last night.
According to head coach Michael Bubolz, the Ships girls took 7th overall with Kaukauna leading the way.
He singled out Breanna Jansky and Grace Backus who each ran season-best times.
The Lincoln boys also finished 7th in their division, won by Winneconne.
The duo of Kilian Wilinski and Landon Zick ran season-best times.
In fact, Zick received an award for being one of the top-5 sophomores at the meet.
The Running Ships will be in action again tomorrow (October 8th) when they compete at the Jim Newman Wisconsin Rapids Invitational.
