The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the owner of two dogs involved in a biting incident yesterday afternoon (October 3rd).
The incident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. near the playground at Emma Radant Park, which is on Flambeau Street.
According to police reports, the victim was playing at the park when they were bit by both dogs, which are described as large, adult-sized canines that were brown and black in color.
The victim suffered serious injuries that required medical attention.
The Department is unsure of the vaccination status of the dogs, so anyone with any information on the canines or who they belong to is encouraged to contact the Manitowoc Police Department’s Shift Commander line at 920-686-6551.
