After thirteen weeks of declining gas prices, Eastern Wisconsin is now on a two-week run of increased gas prices.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon of fuel rose 10 cents over the past week to $4.03, while Sheboygan County saw an 11-cent jump to $3.99.
The last time Manitowoc County had over $4.00 gas was the third week of July.
The average price in Calumet County rose 8 cents to $4.03, while a seven-cent jump was reported in Outagamie County, which is now at $3.97.
Brown County is also up 10 cents to $4.04, Kewaunee County saw a 23-cent spike to $4.06, and Door County also sits at $4.06, an increase of 33 cents.
The state average also rose significantly, up 16 cents to $4.03, while the national average only rose 6 cents to $3.80.
