A man was arrested over the weekend after he reportedly attacked a dancer at Exotica’s.
Officers were called to the gentleman’s club on Washington Street just before 6:00 Saturday morning.
The responding officer spoke with the victim, who explained that the suspect is the boyfriend of another dancer.
The trio was in the upstairs living space when the man reportedly became agitated at the victim.
She claims the 29-year-old man hit her multiple times and began strangling her with both hands.
The suspect was found in the basement, hiding behind a stack of garbage bags.
He was taken into custody without further incident.
The man was arrested on charges of Strangulation & Suffocation, Battery, and Felony Bail Jumping.
