A Manitowoc man, who has a long history of legal issues, has once again been arrested.
Officers with the Manitowoc Police Department were sent to the area of 16th and Washington Streets on a report of a man urinating in the middle of the road.
The female who called in the incident reported seeing the man walk into the middle of Washington Street, remove his penis from his pants, and begin urinating in the street.
Officers were able to locate the suspect outside of the Marathon gas station and he denied any wrongdoing.
The 33-year-old man was then arrested on charges of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
His name will be released once he has appeared for his bail hearing.
