A Manitowoc family is looking to raise money to help get their daughter a wheelchair-accessible van.
13-year-old Gracie Clark has been battling numerous medical ailments since she was born.
When she was only a couple of months old, doctors determined she was blind, and since then she has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, Gastroparesis, Lennox-Gataut Syndrome, epilepsy, and chronic respiratory failure.
The family describes Gracie as an adventure-loving young woman who loves to be on the go.
In order to help Gracie enjoy life to its fullest, the family is looking to purchase a wheelchair-accessible bus, which would cost an estimated $30,000.
