The next major step has been taken in the next iteration of the City of Two Rivers’ Comprehensive Plan.
For those who are unaware, the Two Rivers Comprehensive Plan, which was last updated in 2010, serves as a guideline for City staff on where they should be heading.
City Manager Greg Buckley explains, “That plan looks at land uses around the city, opportunities for development and redevelopment. It is meant to serve are a foundation for our zoning ordinance.”
The Plan is currently in what is known as the public review period and will be looked at in greater detail later this month.
“We will be reviewing that update to the Comp Plan with the Council at it’s work session on September 26th, and then it will be up for a public hearing and a vote probably the first meeting in November,” Buckley told Seehafer News.
