The woman in charge of the Green Bay Area Public School District had to be taken to a local hospital last night.
During the school board meeting, Interim Superintendent Vickie Bayer reported not feeling well, so first responders were called into action.
Paramedics determined she should be taken to a hospital for evaluation, which is where she remains at last words.
The exact nature of her illness was not revealed, although the School District sent a letter to families asking them to keep her in their thoughts and prayers.
