It’s going to be a “bullpen game” for the Brewers tonight (September 13th) in St. Louis.
Reliever Matt Bush is the scheduled starter for the first game in a short two-game series.
Bush has a pair of saves and a 3.86 E-R-A since Milwaukee got him in a trade with Texas.
He will be opposed by former Yankee Jordan Montgomery who is undefeated since joining St. Louis, rolling up a 5-0 record in seven starts with an ERA of 1.45.
The Brewers need a win.
With 21 games left in the season, they trail San Diego by two games in the race for the final Wild Card spot.
