A Green Bay family has been displaced following a house fire over the weekend.
The Green Bay Metro Fire Department was called to a home in the 900 block of Mather Street at around 3:45 a.m. Saturday (September 10th).
Crews were able to quickly contain the fire and had it extinguished within 10 minutes of arriving on the scene.
The four members of the family were already outside when crews arrived, however, one of the family pets had to be rescued, and a firefighter was reported to be injured.
The extent of those injuries was not released.
The damage to the residence was estimated to be around $100,000 worth, and the Red Cross is assisting the family.
