A Racine man accused of election fraud has been told not to talk to the media.
The gag order was issued by the Racine County judge Thursday at the hearing where Harry Wait entered a not-guilty plea.
Wait is charged with breaking the law when he requested absentee ballots for Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and Racine Mayor Cory Mason.
He said he did that to expose vulnerabilities in Wisconsin’s MyVote.org website.
He is free on a signature bond until trial.
