The Cantu brothers, who are accused of Killing Randall Denny in Green Bay in April are still awaiting their preliminary hearings.
Alejandro Cantu, who was arrested in Green Bay late last week, is still looking for an attorney.
He is due in court for a status conference on September 15th while his brother Gustavo Cantu has a new attorney and had his preliminary hearing scheduled for September 20th.
He was arrested in Texas after nearly four months on the run. Jacob Ventura is also facing charges in connection to the case, which police say was a drug deal gone bad.
Ventura is due back in court on November 14th.
