Friday means fish in Wisconsin, and tomorrow, there is a great opportunity to enjoy a great plate of fish while also supporting a local organization.
The Newton First Responders are inviting everyone out to Newton Firefighters Park for their 34th annual Fish Boil Buffet.
Dinner will be served from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m., and will include of course fish but also carrots, potatoes, onions, a roll, coleslaw, and your choice of milk or coffee.
If fish is not your style, they will also be selling hot dogs, homemade desserts, beer, and soda. An adult meal is $15, and children 10 and under eat for just $7.
The meal will be followed by a Farm Tractor and Truck pull, which will start at 7:00 sharp.
The best part is there is no charge for that event.
Newton Firefighters Park is located at 6103 Newton Road, between Manitowoc and Cleveland.
